• Investing in a series of high yielding debentures and mezzanine securities (including equities) expected to yield a gross IRR of 17-21%* (INR) which are fully secured unlisted or listed securities of real estate developers / companies. The Fund investments will be focused on (a) RE projects in South Indian cities including Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and in other select cities of South India and opportunistic investments in Maharashtra (b) funding land acquisitions to eminent developers.
