Alchemy Leaders of Tomorrow – Closed Ended Fund, Series 2 – Category III AIF

The investment strategy for Alchemy Leaders of Tomorrow – Closed Ended Fund, Series 2 (“The Fund”) seeks to generate long term capital appreciation by investing in (i) Listed Indian equities, (ii) IPO opportunities or any other instruments allowed under Applicable Laws. The Fund endeavour will be to focus on companies showing best traits of adaptability to the new economic normal, driven by innovation & ingenuity.

The investment philosophy applicable to the Fund and as adopted by the Investment Manager is characterized by the following:

1. Growth at reasonable price. The Investment Manager’s approach is rooted in the hypothesis that India is a high growth economy and that the best way to benefit there from is to identify and invest in companies that are best equipped to take advantage of the emerging domestic and global opportunities. Along with traditional growth companies, the Fund would also set to invest in internet based B2C, B2B and new age platform business.
2. Invest for long term. The Investment Manager does not currently expect to trade the assets of the Fund in and out of investments to capture short-term volatility.
